Tema: “Menos fronteiras, mais barreiras: o papel da interculturalidade em um mundo pós-pandêmico”
Vivemos em tempos de ambiguidades. Ao mesmo tempo em que surgem inúmeras oportunidades com a redução de fronteiras (por meio da mobilidade física e virtual), também experienciamos a expansão de certas barreiras que impedem o entendimento mútuo, inclusão, pertencimento e acolhimento.
A Conferência da SIETAR Brasil 2022 terá como foco discutir as contribuições da interculturalidade para navegar essas ambiguidades em um mundo pós-pândemico. Nosso objetivo é reunir especialistas e interessados da academia, sociedade civil e do mercado, de diversos segmentos, para refletir sobre estes tema por meio de palestras e painéis em torno de três áreas de foco:
A Conferência da SIETAR Brasil 2022 terá como foco discutir as contribuições da interculturalidade para navegar essas ambiguidades em um mundo pós-pândemico. Nosso objetivo é reunir especialistas e interessados da academia, sociedade civil e do mercado, de diversos segmentos, para refletir sobre estes tema por meio de palestras e painéis em torno de três áreas de foco:
- Mundo do trabalho: novas demandas para a construção da cultura organizacional em empresas multiculturais e integração dos funcionários em equipes híbridas/remotas
- Migração: desafios de novas ondas migratórias e inserção de refugiados no mercado de trabalho
- Educação: práticas para construir espaços de aprendizagem inclusivos e os potenciais das novas tecnologias para educação intercultural

O evento ocorrerá de forma híbrida com atividades presenciais transmitidas para participantes inscritos para a modalidade virtual via Zoom. Alguns palestrantes e panelistas também poderão realizar suas apresentações virtualmente.

A parte presencial ocorrerá na Escola de Comunicações e Artes da Universidade de São Paulo (ECA-USP) - Av. Prof. Lúcio Martins Rodrigues, 443, Edifício Principal, 1º. Andar, Auditório Lupe Cotrim - Butantã, São Paulo - SP. As informações de Zoom serão compartilhadas com participantes inscritos no evento.

Theme: “Fewer borders, more barriers: the role of interculturalism in a post-pandemic world”
We live in times of ambiguity. At the same time that countless opportunities arise with the reduction of borders (through physical and virtual mobility), we also experience the expansion of certain barriers that prevent mutual understanding, inclusion, and belonging.
The SIETAR Brasil 2022 Conference will focus on discussing the contributions of interculturalism to help people navigate these ambiguities in a post-pandemic world. Our objective is to bring together experts and key stakeholders working with interculturalism from academia, civil society and the business sector to reflect on these topics through lectures and panels around three areas:

Our objective is to bring together experts and key stakeholders working with interculturalism from academia, civil society and the business sector to reflect on these topics through lectures and panels around three areas:
- Workplace: new demands for expanding organizational cultures in multicultural companies and integration of employees in hybrid/remote teams
- Migration: challenges of new migratory waves and inclusion of refugees in the labour market
- Education: best practices to build inclusive learning spaces and the potential of new technologies for intercultural education
